When unfolded, the play table can hold on its surface 9 LEGO® building plates (the Compact version) or 12 building plates (the Large one), of size 25x25cm/10x10" (32x32 studs). Kids can place the boards freely and fix them together easily with regular bricks to avoid moving around during play.

One height fits all approach:

• When it comes to playing, we noticed that the table's height is not an impediment to gathering children of various ages: 2-3 years kids play from a standing position, 4-6 years can play standing or sitting on a chair, 7-10 years kids sit on a chair or on their knees.
• Our understanding is that brick-playing involves a lot of body movement, especially around a large table, like TRANSFORMO, therefore we went for a one-height-fits-all version of it.
