Refund Policy

Return conditions

We want you to be fully satisfied when you choose to purchase one of our creations. We do our best to do things properly and we understand that there are situations when things do not go according to our plan and the experience might not live up to your expectations.

We thought everything ahead and came up with solutions for these not-so-happy situations.

  • If you changed your mind and want to return the product, you can do so within the first 14 calendar days of receipt. There is no need to justify your decision, but if you want to help us, we encourage you to do it so we will know how to fix things in the future and make them even better. The cost of the return is your responsibility.
  • If you find that one or more of the components are damaged or missing when you open the package, you do not need to return the product. Let us know, send us some photos from which we can identify the affected parts and we will send you others in return. The cost of transport remains our responsibility.

In either case, first let us know about you problem, by phone at (+4) 0757 474 641 or by email at, so we can communicate and come up with the most convenient solution for you. Below you will find the detailed return conditions, as they are stipulated in the specialized legislation.

According to the legislation in force, the waiver of purchase is only applicable to individual customers. You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, without having to tell us the reason why you want to return the products. In this case, you only pay the shipping costs for returning the products.

If the reason for the return is product defects (non-compliant product) or delivery errors (the ordered product was not delivered in the quantity, size or color ordered or a product other than the ordered type was delivered, etc.) the return shipping costs will be borne of us. You must also ensure that the return will reach us within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package. Returns that exceed this deadline will be refused. Our recommendation is to send the return within 5 days of receiving the order, to take into account the transit time.

It is your responsibility to ship the product in the same condition as you received it, without removing the product label. In addition, you must include in the package a copy of the invoice. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the rejection of the return request.

The buyer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he is giving up the products purchased online, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To return purchased products, you must complete the following steps:

  1. The product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it, together with the tax invoice and the label.

  2. The return of the product will take place within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.

  3. All returned products will be checked for quality and compliance with the above return conditions.

  4. Our recommendation is to carefully check each product after receiving the order, its condition and packaging, so that you can report any non-conformities in a timely manner.

  5. Atelierul Mari si Mici / reserves the right to refuse the respective return, if following its own verifications, the return does not comply with the return conditions mentioned in this section.

Refund conditions

In case of any return made in compliance with all the conditions detailed above, the value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receipt of the return, by transfer to the buyer's bank account.
